The Elite Spy Group was founded in December 2007 by Aaron "El" Clark. The name is misleading, because the ESG is not a skill-based group. The Spy class does attract a more egotistical type of player, and we do consider ourselves to be varied skill-wise, ranging from fun-seeking casual playing spies to deadly shadow loving assassins, but our application process is based on dedication to the class, not skill level.

The one thing we do pride ourselves on is being Gentlemen. We swear, we banter, but we don't insult anyone intentionally and if we step out of line, we apologize. You can report anything that does not live up to that to elitespygroup@gmail.com and we will act accordingly.

Why join ESG? We're the largest Spy community in the game. Topics on our forums range from spy mechanics to funny videos, and members of the ESG have a different permission set that allows them to see twice as many boards. Members can participate in Spygames, scrims, and gathers, and get beta access to training maps like tr_walkway or tr_esg.

Our requirements? That you have 30 hours on Spy with Spy as your most played class, or that you have 100 hours on Spy otherwise. Meet them? Head to the forums and fill out an application, you can be in the ESG!
